Growing Relationships and Trust in Our Landscaping Services with Homeowners in North Pierce County and South King County

A customer in Burien who owns a renovation and excavation company, hired DLM to do lawn maintenance and lawn mowing for four of his properties. This grew to include the home of one additional employee, his mother’s property, and his sons’ homes. The relationship continues to grow, and the customer has asked DLM Landscape to do landscaping and hardscaping at a new home in Lake Chelan.

A painting company contact recommended DLM to an acquaintance in Gig Harbor who was seeking a lawn maintenance company. This client relationship grew from lawn mowing every 2 weeks to the design and installation of a flagstone patio and construction of two retaining walls on the 1.5-acre Gig Harbor property. The yard was difficult to access with heavy equipment, necessitating materials being brought in by wheelbarrow. This couple subsequently introduced DLM to their daughter, who needed her own landscaping work done.

A 71-year-old home owner in in Covington had a limited area for her plantings (55 X 30 feet), with a 2-foot high retaining wall that she needed to traverse to reach and exit her garden beds. DLM Landscape removed the original retaining wall and constructed a new 4-foot high structure, with built-in steps from her backdoor to her backyard to allow her easy access. This was achieved without any loss of the garden bed area.

We are a fully-licensed and insured landscaping services company that specializes in delivering high-quality results whether you are seeking a new hardscape project, a well-maintained lawn, or an entire yard renovation.
